The office of Registrar is nerve centre in discharging administrative and academic functions in the institute. It is responsible for matriculation and provides services with a view to, inter alia,compliance in curriculum implementation.
We boast of above average KNEC examination performance. We are also in the process of registering with NITA in order to offer wide array of competitive trade areas skills such as plumbing, wireman, panel beating among others.
We are committed to implementing service charter in admission of students, registration, lecture attendance and examinations which culminates with the award / conferment of various certificates and diploma.
Our learning schedule is complemented with industrial placement and academic excursions as per program requirement for enhancement of skills necessary in releasing competent hands-on trainees to the market.
Our administrative role span from being the custodian of students’ records to supervising of teaching and administrative staff.
We ascertain that accredited programs are marketed based on niche required in the industry.
Currently we have a population of over 1300 full-time students spread in Four academic departments namely; Engineering, ICT, Agriculture and Business studies.
Minimum qualification to enroll in our KNEC examined programs are;
2.Craft certificate-KCSE mean grade of D (plain)/ or Artisan pass in relevant area
3. Diploma- KCSE mean grade of C- (minus)/ or Craft pass in relevant area.
We are glad to also inform you of our fruitful partnership with Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) who have been handy in ensuring that students from far find an opportunity to study here.
Our fee is relatively affordable and we assist trainees in applying for HELB loan.
